Please note - the owner has cats that do not go into your apartment, but they do get the zoomies sometimes and you might hear their pitter-patter paws. They are also very friendly and may try to say hello.
The neighborhood: Quiet, safe, walkable. Walkable to Max line (local train) and New Seasons Grocery. Peninsula Park, Portland's original rose garden is a great place to run or have a picnic. Mississippi Avenue is my favorite Portland street to stroll along and find yummy restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops.
