As you enter the front door of our craftsman home you'll find a 600 square foot private space with abundant windo lighting and an eclectic set of furnishings. Enjoy the living/dining room combo, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as the outdoor spaces including the front porch bistro table and the side yard with two Adirondack chairs.
At the back of the kitchen there is an exterior door with a deadbolt separating the front portion of the home with the back of the home where we live. There is only one partial shared wall between the two spaces allowing for maximum privacy.
The neighborhood is dog friendly and we have a small dog in our living space but in order to keep the rental space clean and enjoyable for all guests, we don't allow dogs.
The location is on a quiet street and convenient to many of Portland's unique neighborhoods (Kenton, Alberta Arts, Mississippi, St. John's) and five miles from downtown. There is easy access to many conveniences like Columbia Park (3 blocks), bus stop (two blocks), U. of P. (one mile), and Green Zebra Grocery (6 blocks).
