Located in the heart of the Kenton neighborhood, we are a professionally managed boutique hotel with deep roots in and respect for the community. - A $100 minimum fee will be charged for any violation of house rules.

Smoking Policy
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor patio area.
- A $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside guest rooms.

- Maximum: 1 dog per stay.
- Only dogs are allowed; other animals, including cats, cannot be accommodated.
- Restricted Dog Breeds: Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not permitted.

- No outside appliances such as coffee makers, hot plates, or stoves.
