Formal dining, cozy living area, and plenty of space to spread out. The entire space has an artists designer touch, throughout. Modern amenities offer the best of both worlds. Features include Fully Stocked Kitchen, W/D onsite, FREE street parking and lovely Outdoor Space. Private well maintained yard with plenty of outdoor seating, including a couch and eating space.. You will definitely be drawn outside to spend your time in the private oasis, admiring the lush landscaping, grilling, and enjoying dinner and wine under the patio lights. A pack and play, children’s toys, books and kitchen items make this home a comfortable space for families to enjoy also.
Master bedroom on main level, features a comfortable King-sized bed, with quality linens, and space for storage of clothing and personal items. Windows let tons of natural light in.
There is a full bath on the main level, featuring a shower/bathtub combo, and tons of retro style. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer are provided for your traveling convenience!
2nd bedroom UPSTAIRS is furnished with a Queen Size bed, quality linens and comfortable mattress. There is space for storage of guests personal items.
Playroom/bonus room has a Full Size bed, quality linens and comfortable mattress.
Upstairs bath has a large shower with a hand held shower head, and updated fixtures. Glass doors create a feeling of luxury. Bathroom is easily accessible to both rooms. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.
Updated kitchen with bright white tile and cabinets feel fresh, and open. Kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget and appliance you could imagine! The new appliances will make cooking enjoyable! Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, & stove as well as a microwave, coffee maker, crockpot and toaster. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and efficient. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the kitchen nook, dining room table, or outdoors on a sunny day. There is additional seating in the formal dining room for a more formal meal or for larger groups

Guests will have access to the entire home and the large private yard. FREE Street parking. Laundry is shared with housekeeping and the entrance is at the back of the house. (Separate guest house also has a private yard and does not share any of the outdoor space)
The Neighborhood:
The Sellwood District is a popular Southeast Portland neighborhood. Historic Sellwood-Moreland boasts an array of shops, vintage vendors and restaurants, as well as a rambling wildlife refuge — all just minutes from downtown. Sellwood is a popular destination neighborhood located in the City of Portland, situated on the east bank of the Willamette River near the southern tip of Ross Island. The house is located in the heart of everything and one could easily get by without a car and find tons to do within walking distance.
The neighborhood offers specialty retail, antiques, grocery and hardware stores, banks, dry cleaners as well as tons of restaurants and a seasonal farmers market are concentrated in two historic commercial districts.
Approximately two miles in length and a mile wide, the teardrop-shaped area is rich in natural and recreational amenities. This includes four public parks,Westmoreland, Sellwood, Sellwood Riverfront and Johnson Creek, hiking paths at the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, a public golf course, the Springwater Corridor bicycle/pedestrian- only thoroughfare and the city’s second oldest Parks & Recreation center.
Antique Lovers, take note. Sellwood is known for it’s antiquing! The peaceful, walkable retail stretches of the historic Sellwood-Moreland district are a throwback to the pre-Internet era of shopping, and pack enough surprises to turn anyone into a collector. A magnet for antique and collectible hunters, the neighborhood is home to vintage vendors who stock both mid-century treasures and flea-market finds.
Getting Around:
To have an authentic Portland experience, there is no need to leave the neighborhood. Shopping, dining and entertainment are abundant. This is very urban area convenient for walking, biking or using public transportation. Portland also has a wonderful Bike Share BIKETOWN located all over Portland Metro. There is FREE street parking on the side of the main house right by the gate to the studio. It would be easy to get by without a car as the neighborhood is walk-able and bike-able. Restaurants and all amenities within 3 blocks. Public transportation is safe and easy to use. Bicycles are east to rent through the Biketown program or local bicycle shops.
Other Things to Note:
Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking.

- Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
- Self Check In using keypad. Check-In is any time after 4:00 PM and Check-Out is by 11:00 AM.
- Housekeeping is required every 15 days and provided at an additional cost of $50 per cleaning. Basic cleaning including disinfecting kitchen and bathroom, change linens and clean floors. If you would like a mid stay cleaning on shorter stays this is an option as well.
- There is FREE street parking. You can also parallel park across the driveway. (not in driveway but parallel 😊)
