The Marshall Cottage is a 1915 historic home that has been lovingly updated with a modern mid-century vibe while also keeping true to the home's originality and offers opportunities to relax and unwind. Relax while star gazing around the cozy gas firepit outside, soaking in the claw foot tub, or enjoy morning coffee on the front porch. For working guests and travelers, there is a private workspace/office that is laptop friendly with deskspace and wi-fi. Our cottage is within walking distance to bakeries, small cafes/coffee shops, restaurants, and brew pubs. Western University is a short 4-minute drive, and there is easy access to Hwy 34 or Hwy 20 for OSU and U of O events. Several waterfall and wildflower hikes are within an hour's drive, as are some of Oregon's best wineries, and historic covered bridges.
