Summary: This was overall a nice place and a good experience but what I'd like people to know is that the staff is very good in person but horrible when trying to get in touch after we left. I was charged extra and when I tried, multiple times to get in touch, no one answers the phone and no one calls back. After a shower, I was looking for a hair dryer. Found the empty bag. Since all staff isn't back in the morning until 11am, I couldn't ask them to get me one or tell them it was missing. I wrote a note and left it in the room explaining the dryer was gone, but i did not take it and them left with wet hair. I was charged $23 so I'm assuming they charged me for the missing dryer. Like I said, I wanted to talk to someone about it but no one got back to me. I hate leaving a review like this, other then that I'd recommend them, room was very tiny as well, just so you know.
