Conveniently located 4 minutes from PDX Airport and easy access to the 205 and 84, which will get you to anywhere you want to go. Downtown Portland, PSU and The Portland Saturday Market is only 15 minutes away. Also, within a block to the bus and 5 blocks to the max transit station.
Situated on the top level, via the outside stairway, sits your own private, one bedroom apartment complete with an entirely separate office. If one person has to work they wont be bothered by the TV from the other room.
The bathroom is well equipped for the quick shower or the long soak in the cast iron tub. Extra "forgetables" are available in the vanity, since we always forget something.
The bedroom has a Queen-size, copper-infused memory foam mattress with down duvet and 100% cotton percale sheets. A Turkish cotton robe will be calling out to you for a cozy curl up. Two closets, full dresser and a Roku TV mounted. For those not used to City noises (Garbage trucks, motorcycles, trains or occasional plane) you have a white noise machine on the bedside table, next to outlets and USB.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, blender, hot water kettle, CrockPot, cookware, bakeware and storage containers. There is a selection of common spices and oil to prepare your meals.
If you're a coffee drinker; please enjoy the Keurig or a traditional pot with a starter supply of coffee pods and Dutch Bros ground.
There are books, games and a Roku TV in the living room along with an electric fireplace to cozy it up.
This is a perfect spot for a single or couple coming to Portland for hiking, business, visiting family or being a tourist. The apartment is over my private residence, allowing us to be accessible in making your stay is the best possible.
We have three A/V recordable cameras; one at the lower level front door and the other at the upstairs front door as well as over the garage.
