11) All sheets used during your stay should be removed upon check-out and placed on the floor at the foot of the bed. Please Leave comforters and mattress pads on the beds.
12) All used towels should be placed in the bathroom floor.
13) Upon Check-out, place any unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle before leaving the home.
14) Guests must keep the property always locked when not at the home and should lock the doors prior to their departure.
15) No Pets allowed... if there is Pre-Approved pets then they are not permitted on the furniture or in any indoor showers or bathtubs.
