Nebesna House is classic Cannon Beach charm. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are stepping into a storybook cottage. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, located a half block from the beach, will take your breath away.
The stone walkways, an imposing pine, and the cozy front porch all invite you in and make you want to relax and stay awhile. Just inside is a spacious open area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. A TV is mounted just above the fireplace with two armchairs and a couch close at hand. Gather round and enjoy reminiscing about your day at the beach. To the left of the front door is the dining table, with seating for 8, and farther into the space is the kitchen. Here you'll find a cozy breakfast area, a gorgeous wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals, along with all high-end stainless-steel appliances.
A door from the kitchen leads to the side deck with two chairs and a small table. Perfect for grabbing that morning cup of coffee. This L-shaped deck wraps around the back of the home and provides a space between home and the garage and offers a great place to store your bikes and other beach equipment.
The main level also includes the primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and an attached bathroom that has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower. For convenience there is a powder room for guests to freshen up located just off the living area, and a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a full size washer & dryer as well as a sink.
As you make your way upstairs, to the second level, you'll find a giant family room that is perfect for a movie night with loved ones, as well as a place the kids can call their own. This space includes a large TV, couch and chair, and shelves with a variety of board games. Two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom are found just off this family room. The first bedroom is spacious and offers a ton of sunlight through the numerous paned windows. There is a Queen bed and wall mounted TV above the dresser. The second bedroom is set up with 2 bunk beds. One is a Twin over Twin and the second is a Twin over Full bed. The full bathroom on this level has its own entrance off the family room and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.
