This two-story cottage is located in Oak Grove, a small community of Milwaukie in the south suburbs of Portland. You'll be a couple of blocks from Route 99E, giving you quick access to all sorts of dining and shopping, historic Milwaukie (four miles) to the north, Oregon City (four miles) to the south, and the heart of downtown Portland (10 miles). The location also provides an easy outlet to Mt. Hood, Salem, and golf courses and state parks in the surrounding area.
In the summer months, make yourself at home in the beautiful outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee on the patio and crack open a good book with the sounds of the creek in the background.
Inside, lofty ceilings and generous windows fill the cottage with light.
