Summary: The interior is just as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. The location is not great. We walked to a few places and the neighborhood is not the nicest part of Eugene. The property manager was fine, a little abrupt, but quick to help me when the lock code did not work. However, very strict instructions on cleanliness, they ask you to be sure to not only wash but polish anything that you use or you will be fined. Then I got a notification a week later that there was a stain on the sheets they could not remove and they charged me 75. overall I would say it’s not worth the money. It was quite expensive. Also, I saw comments that there was a lot of light coming in through the windows, the owner said they would fix that. However, it was still the case when we got there. And keep in mind there’s only air conditioning in the living room. If you close the bedroom doors, it will not reach your room.
