Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb set up of two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments on the same property, located in the popular westside of Bend. This unique setup provides the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness for two couples looking to explore Bend together while still having their own personal space at night.
Your privacy is important to us. We will be available by text, phone and email during your stay if you have any questions. If we happen to cross paths on the property we look forward to saying hello but we make an effort to respect your privacy.
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask that you respect the privacy of our neighbors. We are at the end of the street and if you are looking for a place that is close to everything but also quiet and private then you will like our apartments.
We live in the main house on the property so we are usually available if needed. However, the apartments are for the exclusive use of our guests.

Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are both less then 2 miles away. Discover restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries, theaters, and more! With Mt. Bachelor resort, hiking and fishing just minutes up the road, you will relish your stay in the heart of Central Oregon!
Each apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartments are fully equipped with kitchens, making it easy for you to enjoy your meals at home.
The apartments are located on the same property, but they are separated by a walkway, allowing for complete privacy at night. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, featuring comfortable queen beds and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms includes a sink, toilet, tub and shower, and have everything you will need in this home away from home. Internet access is included. There are two 40” Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu. No Cable TV but streaming on TV’s is available. We welcome you to our home for a real Bend lifestyle experience.
During the day, you can enjoy the shared outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with your friends. The property is also conveniently located close to all the major attractions Bend has to offer, such as hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, and local breweries. Float the Deschutes River during the summer, ski Mt. Bachelor (only 20 miles away!) during the winter, go hiking, biking, paddle boarding, take a tasting tour of the breweries in town, go shopping, and check out the many delicious restaurants in our area. 1.4 miles to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. The options are endless, and you will be within minutes of it all.
We have a lockable shed available for bike/float storage. Please mention you would like storage when you book.
You must be comfortable climbing stairs. Our home is located approximately one and a half flights upstairs from the street. There are a total of 28 stairs to the apartment door. Please see pictures for clarification.
Please note: There is no smoking (of any substance) or vaping allowed on the property.
No pets. No exceptions - unless you are traveling with an emotional support animal. Please be aware that the place is generally not available for pets as some folks in our family are allergic to pet dander. In consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed and we have no outside accommodations for them. If you have a pet during your stay, the cleaning fee will be $150 due to the extensive cleaning required. Please keep all pets off furniture as that is hardest to clean.
Guests can access the suite with a private entrance and keypad.
Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: a sink, fridge, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, all utensils, cups and plates.
Bend is packed with wonderful eateries, you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and food carts to keep you full and happy for the rest of the day.
There is no laundry inside of the apartments but there's a laundry mat 3 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE CHARGE - If you are staying longer than 21 days, you'll be charged an additional $75. Additional cleaning fee due after checking in.

Street parking is available in front of the house. We are the last house before the cul-de-sac.
One is an apartment above our garage. The other apartment is on the lower level of our home. We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum and kindly ask that our guests do the same, especially late at night.
