5 Ocean-front master bedrooms with king beds, private baths, 70" smart TV's, and 1 Forest view bunkroom with 8 twins, a private bath, a 2nd Xbox X w/4K projector & surround sound. 4 of the 5 oceanfront masters have private covered decks with glass railings, and the 5th oceanfront master has 3 walls of windows cantilevering out over the forest.

There is parking for 6 vehicles, two EV charging stations (one with a gen3 Tesla charger, another 240V plug available for your non-Tesla L2 charger). The large lot includes a meandering driveway through the forest and private sand volleyball court surrounded by low trees protecting from the wind.
