Adorable bungalow in the heart of St. Johns! Two incredibly comfy bedrooms with the cutest Jack and Jill bathroom. Spacious living room with smart TV, vintage kitchen, and tons of light! Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee or hang out with friends around the fire pit in the backyard. Walking distance to downtown St. Johns, food carts, grocery stores, parks and public transportation. Close to forest park hiking trails and a quick 15 min drive to downtown Portland. One dog allowed w/fee.
There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house. Guests are welcome to use the backyard. Please be respectful of our basement tenant and their dog.
Dog friendly! We allow one dog to stay at the house. We do require a $15/night pet fee and an additional $75 cleaning fee. Owner's are required to pick up all pet waste and keep dogs off the furniture.
*Please be mindful of our basement tenant's very sweet medium sized dog.

5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
