Summary: Front desk agent was very aggressive and borderline harassing me because I didn’t know I had to pay a pet fee.Went to go grab food and left my phone charging in the room.When I got back I noticed a couple of missed calls from a number I didn’t recognize and no voicemail.Not to long after I got a call from front desk saying if I had a dog with me,I said yes and wasn’t aware I had to pay a fee.I was told I had to go to the front desk to film out a form and pay the fee.I decided to shower before I went and I could he the phone going off.He kept calling even as I was walking out my door to go fill out the form.It was honestly unnecessary because I told him I would head over in a bit.I didn’t know it was something urgent.Other than that breakfast could be better and rooms need to be deep cleaned.
