This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home is centrally is conveniently located in the heart of Shadyside, just steps off of Walnut Street with quick access to anywhere you want to see in Pittsburgh! There is plenty of sleeping space with two king beds, two queen beds, and a twin-sized rollaway bed available for you during your stay. All bedding is provided, including the pull out bed and futon!
The living room:
Enter through the front door of the home into a spacious and nicely furnished living room. There is a large sofa and two arm chairs for seating that is centered around a 55` TCL Roku Smart TV mounted above a faux fireplace. Just off the living room is an open dining room with a dining table that seats 6 people.
First bathroom:
Just off the dining room is the first of two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have showers with luxurious waterfall shower heads and are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and other basic necessities.
Kitchen:
Past the dining room is a full kitchen with direct access to the parking pad out back as well as the back patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs with a four burner gas stove, refrigerator & microwave. All pots/ pans, cutlery, sliverware, dishes, etc are provided for all cooking/ dining needs. There is also one washer/ dryer in the kitchen that you are free to use.
1st Floor Bedroom:
There is one bedroom on the first floor of the home and it has a king sized bed with a high end Nectar memory foam mattress. You are guaranteed a good nights sleep on any of our mattresses as we make sure to get supreme quality mattresses in all of our homes. Also in the bedroom are two closets, a dresser, a 32` TCL Roku Smart TV and an arm chair. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort, a white noise machine as well as black out curtains to make sure you get a good nights sleep. For extra sleeping space, there is a twin-sized rollaway bed located in this room`s closet. Inside the closet, you can also find extra bedding and pillows.
2nd floor bedrooms:
Head upstairs off the dining room to see the first of two bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has two identical queen sized beds that can easily sleep four guests if desired. There is also a small dresser, two closets, and a 32` TCL Roku smart TV for you to unwind before bed.
Across the hall is the final bedroom that has a large king sized bed, a dresser, arm chair and closet. Additionally, this bedroom has a 40` desk for any business needs during your stay.
All bedrooms have high end Nectar memory foam mattresses, white noise machines, and black out curtains to help you get a great nights sleep while you stay with us.
2nd floor bathroom:
Just past the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom in the apartment. This bathroom also has a shower (This bathroom has a bathtub unlike the first floor bathroom) and is fully stocked with all essentials.

A/C/ Heating:
- There is central Heating and Air conditioning throughout the entire house. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom of the house for added comfort.
Parking
There are two options for parking.
- Option A is an off-street parking for FREE. The off-street parking pad is just behind the building on a small side street.
- Option B is to register your car for free street parking during your stay. You will be able to park for free on the street anywhere you can find parking and all instructions will be sent to you prior to check in. You will be able to register your car day of with no issues if you are booking last minute or renting a car. As mentioned above, our home is in a very popular part of town so street parking will be tough to find at times.
Steps:
- This is a first floor apartment and just requires you to walk up 2 steps to enter the front door.
Noise:
- It is important that you keep noise levels down after 10pm to not disturb the neighbors. This is especially important in the front and back yard. There are no shared walls of this home, but it is still important to be respectful of neighbors during our building quiet hours.
There is no tolerance for parties at this home or for unauthorized guests to enter the apartment. There are security cameras near every entrance to the home for added safety and security of the home.
We’re extremely reasonable hosts — please know that common sense always applies to all of these rules. You never have to worry about excessive checkout chores (there are none), unfair charges, or any intrusion of privacy.
We pride ourselves on being some of the kindest and most understanding hosts you’ll ever meet.
These guidelines exist only to protect against egregious or disrespectful behavior and to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and five-star experience. If you’re a respectful guest, you’ll have absolutely no issues with any of this!
🔹QUIET HOURS: (8PM - 8AM)
Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests in the building. Keep noise, TV, music, and conversation at a reasonable level during quiet hours.
If a noise complaint is received and ignored, a $200 fine per disturbance may apply.
🔹NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Our building enforces a strict no-party policy. Hosting gatherings, bringing in unregistered guests, damaging the unit, or disrupting neighbors may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal without refund.
🔹NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit or in common areas. A $500 fine will apply for violation of this rule.
🔹NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (WITH REASONABLE EXCEPTIONS)
We understand that sometimes friends or family may stop by briefly during your stay — that’s totally fine. This rule mainly applies to unauthorized overnight guests or large, unapproved gatherings.
Please just send us a quick message if you have visitors and there will be no issue.
If a guest hosts unapproved overnight stays, a party, or a disruptive gathering, a $25 fine per unauthorized guest may apply.
🔹NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Any illegal activity — including but not limited to drug use, possession, distribution, theft, vandalism, fraud, or any other criminal conduct — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
We cooperate fully with local law enforcement when necessary to protect the safety of our guests, staff, and neighbors. Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, or access systems also falls under this policy.
🔹SECURITY DEVICES
For safety and compliance, all of our properties have exterior security cameras to help protect our guests, staff, and property. Tampering with, disabling, or covering these devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside any apartment or home. All cameras are located only on the exterior of the property, including entryways, parking areas, and common spaces (if applicable). These devices are solely for security and guest safety purposes.
🔹DAMAGES & INCIDENTALS
We understand that small accidents can happen — please just let us know right away so we can take care of it promptly. Significant or unreported damage may result in charges to cover repairs or replacement.
If you’d like extra peace of mind, you can purchase an optional Damage Waiver (Typically $15/ day) through your Guest Portal to cover most accidental damages during your stay.
🔹PETS & ANIMALS
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets! Please ensure they are leashed at all times when in hallways, shared spaces, or outdoors. Pets should not be left alone in the unit for extended periods, especially if they are anxious or prone to barking, scratching, or chewing when in an unfamiliar environment.
Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, noise complaints, or damages caused by their pets.
