STAY AWHILE in a beautifully furnished home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room table that seats 8 people easily. A spacious den watching a 55' Smart TV. AT&T fiber internet with Wi-Fi throughout.
The backyard is completely fenced in with gates across the driveway and a patio seating for 8.
My home is designer decorated and has beautifully furnished rooms with your security, comfort and relaxation paramount. Endless hot water for the whole house. Hospitality includes cold drinks, and light snacks provided at checkin. Small and medium size pets, up to 50 lbs. are welcome with notice. However, animals must be confined in a crate during the time they are left alone. One medium size crate is available during your stay.
Your guest access code will be the last 4 digits of your registered Airbnb phone number. Your unique code will allow you to enter the three exterior doors. 1 covered parking space and the driveway may be used as parking. No Guests do not have access to the storage shed or storage closet.

Our Old-Goodwood neighborhood is beautiful with stately live oaks, friendly people and is very safe. There are always people walking, jogging or riding bikes around our streets during the day. Help us keep it that way. Pease do not speed or run the stop signs. Please respect our neighbors keeping noise down at night.
