The villa is spread over two floors; downstairs the sleeping area with two bathrooms and three double bedrooms, the largest of which (about 40 sq m) has a sofa bed in addition to the double bed; in the front terrace, covered and in front of the pine forest, there is an outdoor kitchen also equipped with a wood oven. On the upper floor there is the kitchen-living-dining room area (about 50 sq m) surrounded by two large solarium terraces (about 50 sq m), equipped with an additional sofa bed. The private pine forest has a professional two-burner barbeque area, refreshment terraces for outdoor lunches and aperitifs, hammocks area.
