The full kitchen is equipped with tile countertops and small and major appliances that include a stainless steel French-door refrigerator, ideal for the family chef's next creative endeavor. Serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table. You'll love enjoying a glass of wine with friends out on the balcony, furnished with a table/chair set, right off the dining area. A second balcony includes the private gas grill, plus more seating for those fun summer barbecues.
Downstairs, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, the main bedroom with an en-suite bath and a mounted flatscreen TV. You'll also find a shared bathroom and access to the deck furnished with lounge and deck chairs. Spend the day swimming at the recreation center then come home to catch up on a favorite novel while the central AC and ceiling fan work to keep everything nice and cool.
