This charming, bright and beautiful getaway is just walking distance to Lake Somerville, Birchcreek State Park. Ride your bike or walk through the nature trails, fish or simply enjoy the outdoor patios. Ideal for large or small groups, this 2 bedroom, 1 bunkhouse and 1 loft accommodates 8-20 guests providing private and communal features.
The space
La casita has two bedrooms with a queen and full size beds, 1 and a half bath, a fully stocked kitchen, the living room with 2 futons and a wrap around porch. The bunkhouse has 2 built in queen over twin XL beds, the laundry room and a restroom with a walk-in shower are also in this space. The loft is located above the bunkhouse with 4 twin and 1 full size mattresses. The bunkhouse/loft is definitely the kids favorite space. Our home is your home. Be comfortable. You will have access to the entire space except locked storage areas and the upstairs apartment. The code to the front gate lock will be provided at check in

The property is completely fenced, there are several gates in front and behind the property. The back gate and driveway is spacious enough to fit a boat. There is plenty of space to park vehicles inside and outside the property.
Please inquire about special rates to host daytime parties of 20-50 guests. We can definitely assist with organizing your special occasion.
Please no smoking inside the living areas, smoking is allowed outside. Place all cigarette butts in ashtrays located throughout the property.
We appreciate all dishes be washed, lights be turned off and dirty towels placed in the laundry room at the end of your stay.
