Noise Regulation: We have lovely neighbors. Please respect the Quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. This house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. It is not appropriate or acceptable to have large groups to party.
Wildlife: You may see our local wildlife wandering around. “Harry the Heron” is our favorite. We have a variety of critters that love living near the water and woods too!
Liability Waiver: Please be careful as it is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slope & steps. Negligence may cause a slip and fall, and care must be taken, especially with younger children. Also, you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities, fire pit, dock access and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any those in your party. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. Please beware and avoid diving as there is a tree under water on the right side of dock.
