Our little house was built in 1865 at the end of the civil war. It has since been updated(thank goodness!) but has maintained alot of its charm, including the original wrap around porch, architectural details including gothic arches on the front, and the stained glass window in the side entryway. Central heating and indoor plumbing( lol) are a few of the numerous updates. Also, almost all of the windows have been updated.
Eclectically, yet cozily decorated. Leather couch and recliner, 55" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities on the first floor. It is close to downtown and many amenities, but sits back off the street in a quiet city neighborhood.
