Summary: Perfect for a relaxing girls trip. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff customer service was phenomenal. It really felt like you were staying at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. They allowed us to check in super early like 11am for a charge but upgraded our room for free. Our room was very spacious, the gym was well equipped, loved that they engrave your names on their water bottles, enjoyed the comfy robes, and the food was great. They also provided a free shuttle to/from the beach and offered you towels, and chairs. The only issues we experienced was trying to contact the hotel for the shuttle back from the beach. We waited on hold for several minutes and then it disconnected. We were able to call the spa and they were able to get ahold of the front desk for us. There was also a very unpleasant smell one day in the lobby and bar. It smelt like rotting fish or something, and we ended up ordering the french onion soup and believe the smell was from the cheese they used and the truffles. The soup was amazing, and the live music at night was very good. Overall, I really loved this hotel, and can't wait to book again.
