This is for two large homes, three miles apart.
They are named The Jordan House and Teak, respectively.
Perfect for a school group who wants to keeps grades or genders separate. Or a dual wedding party.
HOUSE 1:
The Jordan House is a very large four bedroom home (one king and three queens.)
It has an office, whose futon couch can sleep two more.
There are two additional queen sized floor mattresses for the living rooms, which can sleep four more.
There is an outdoor kitchen with propane grill and kegerator (BYOB!), a fully fenced yard, and a three-car garage, plus driveway space for two more cars.
The Jordan House has two living rooms, two dining rooms (seats up to 12,) and an open-concept indoor kitchen, with a coffee bar.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom of a large bathtub, a standup shower, and a walk-in closet.
There is an additional bathroom in the upstairs hallway of a shower/tub combo.
And a half-bathroom in the downstairs.
HOUSE 2:
Teak, which is three miles away from The Jordan House, was built as a three-bedroom home. (Queen in each, upstairs.)
There is a bonus bedroom in the converted garage (ground floor,) with two more queen beds.
And two queen sized floor mattresses for the living room.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with standup shower.
There is a hallway bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combo.
And a half bathroom in the downstairs.
Teak has a full kitchen, dining room (seats four) and living room.
It has an outdoor space with charcoal grill, and outdoor seating for 8.
There is driveway parking for two, plus on-street parking for two more.
Both homes have central heating and AC, are well stocked with linens, dishes, and cookware.
Both homes have SmartLocks (no keys to lose!)
Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement, including uploading ID, and put a refundable damages deposit hold ($1500) on file.
