This charming villa is a 3-room semi-detached house that covers an area of 60 m2 spread over two levels. The villa has undergone renovation and features rustic yet cosy furnishings that add to the overall charm of the place.
On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room that comes equipped with a sleeping facility, a dining table, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also features an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
The upper floor of the villa comprises of two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (130 cm), while the second bedroom comes with two beds. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this floor. The villa is heated by gas and has wooden floors throughout.
Outside, you will find a terrace that is equipped with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and three deck chairs. The villa also has a box-room where you can store your belongings. The beautiful view from the villa overlooks the mountains, the valley, the forest, and Riviera della Versilia.
