Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A truly wonderful, safe, 4 bedroom home in fabulous location in Ballard. We are just steps from Woodland Park Zoo and just 2 miles to University Way (UW). Situated on a large hill, you'll enjoy views of the Olympic Mountain range in the winter on the west side of the house. You will love staying in just as much as heading out in this beautiful area. Plenty of parking on site.
The home is a split level home: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are downstairs (you enter between the two floors so there is a half flight of stairs going up and a half flight going down right off the entry).
The bottom half of the home has the laundry area and large bedroom (king bed) with attached bathroom. The bathroom on this floor has heated floors and a steam shower.
The upstairs area has the living room (with large flat screen tv & record player), a full kitchen, a full bathroom (with shower/tub) and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a king bed (with attached full bathroom).
Parking:
The home has a dedicated driveway that fits up to 2 cars comfortably. Additionally, there is free street parking in front of the home. The street parking is typically always available and can fit an additional 2-3 cars.
Guests will have access to the entire home and back yard.

Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)
Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.
We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.
