There is a living room, dining room, den, bathroom and master suite upstairs and downstairs a rec room with pool table, sun room with TV and 3 bedrooms and a bath. All bathrooms are recently remodeled as well.
There is a large, furnished deck with a view of Pikes Peak to have dinner and relax after a day of sightseeing.
