It is very private and can also be seen from the living room and kitchen in this premier, secure community. The master suite is spacious and overlooks the lush green below. The guest suite is also very private and separated from the master suite. There is also an office with a desk for working at home with a printer for you to use and fiber optic cable for high-speed internet and TV. This community offers a large community pool and hot tub and a gym with everything you need. Also, there is plenty of sidewalks for walking 12 months out of the year here. Very comfortable area for Florida living at its finest. The two-car garage leads to stairs to the almost 2,200 square feet of living space with high ceilings immediately overlooking the preserve out back. This condo offers a large kitchen with a laundry room off to the side. **Please feel free to ask me for a five- or six-month stay at a lower rate.
