You and your guests can gather on the comfy sofas and chairs for a time around the gas fire and flat-screen TV, or maybe you’d rather converse at the circular bar pointed out to the ocean view. When dinner comes out of the luxurious kitchen with its tile flooring, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and gas range, you’ll be happy to sit around the table with family and friends for an ocean-view feast. The end of the day brings more happy news: a romantic king master suite has its own fireplace, access to the deck, and a walk-in shower. A main-level queen bedroom is spacious, cheerful, and bright. The kids will flip for the upstairs loft tucked under the eaves, with their own couch and TV, an adorable “playhouse” full bath, and foosball table.
You’re near beach access, minutes from the marina, historic Bayfront and Oregon Coast Aquarium of Newport, and poised to explore the South-Central Coast, including Waldport, Yachats, and Florence. We know—it will be hard to tear yourself away from your Ocean Lounge, but it will be there to embrace you in style after a day exploring the coast!
This home has a strict and enforced occupancy limit of six persons. Failure to adhere to this occupancy will result in an eviction from the home. The home is on a septic system and cannot handle more than six persons using the water in the home at any time. You can be held liable for damage to the septic system if you violate this contract.

Please note this home is on a 65ft cliff with no fence. Families with small children must be cautious. Beach access is 1 block north.
*** To protect the septic system, this home has a very strict occupancy limit of six people at any time. The home is monitored by exterior cameras, and any party who exceeds the six-person limit will be evicted from the premises immediately without a refund. Do not run the dishwasher or washing machine simultaneously and do not run showers at the same time. Should you hear an alarm go off, please turn the alarm off by pressing the button on the exterior septic box. After turning off the alarm, discontinue all water usage immediately and notify the office ASAP. ALL water cannot be used for at least 10 hours so the septic can dry out. Failure to stop water use can result in damage to the septic tank and a possible fine for non-compliance. Reservations with 6 occupants, must take 10 minutes showers or less. No exceptions.
