Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. When we first got there, no one was at the desk. it took the lady almost 5 minutes to get there and you could tell we were interrupting something. We went back after we ate dinner to ask for an extra pillow to lay under my hand with the broken bone in it. Again we waited
