The home sits impressively on a double lot. The large caged pool deck extends the entire back of the house and faces a small freshwater lake overlooking a fairway on the Long Marsh golf course in Rotonda West. The cathedral ceiling of the Great Room together with the wall of French Doors and sliders to the lanai and pool area give the house a light and airy feel. The open-plan area has living room, dining area, kitchen and a separate sitting/tv room. The comfortable living room is spacious with plenty of seating, flat screen tv and has French Doors to the lanai. The large Dining Room has two sets of sliders to the lanai. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, the separate laundry has a washer and dryer. The extra sitting room is accessed from the living room and has seating, flat screen tv and door to the powder room. The main master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, sliders to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub.
