Check-in: 5 PM onward (Early check-in: $50, earliest 2:30 PM)
Check-out: 10 AM (Late check-out: $50, latest 1 PM)
Unauthorized early check-in/late check-out: $150 fine
Must request early/late check-in 24-48 hours in advance (not guaranteed)
Smoking
No smoking inside! $300 fine if detected.
Smoking allowed outside, away from doors/windows.
If you are sensitive to smoke smell, please do not book with us.
Quiet Hours & Guest Limit
Quiet hours: 9 PM - 9 AM (no loud music or loitering outside).
No parties ($300 fine). Gatherings allowed with approval & extra charge.
Max guests: 15 (including visitors). $5 per person per night after 6 guests.
Pets
Pet fee: $52 for 1-2 pets, $82 for 3-4 pets. Unregistered pets: $250 fine.
Please clean up after them & prevent damage.
Respect the Property
Keep the home tidy! $200 charge for excessive mess.
No eating/drinking in bedrooms ($150 fine).
Keep doors/windows closed to prevent bugs—pest control is done regularly, but we’re not liable for insects getting in.
Do not move furniture ($100 fine).
Pool, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Areas
Pool is serviced weekly (pool guy may show up). No heating available.
$200 fine for throwing items in the pool.
Clean the BBQ grill after use ($50 charge if left dirty).
Trash Days
Trash pickup: Tuesday & Friday.
If your stay includes these days, please place bins at the curb.
Bins must be 3 ft apart from each other, the mailbox, and any vehicle—otherwise, the service truck won’t take them.
Towels
Housekeepers may sometimes leave towels in the dryer to fully dry.
