IT IS LOCATED ABOUT 1/4 MILE FROM TOWN SO YOU CAN ENJOY A NICE WALK OR EVEN KAYAK TO TOWN. ALSO AVAILABLE ARE WASHER AND DRYER ON THE FIRST FLOOR. BEDDING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. THERE ARE 4 KAYAKS AND A PADDLE BOAT INCLUDED THAT WOULD NORMALLY COST OVER $1000 IF YOU HAD TO RENT SEPARATELY FOR THE WEEK.
