This golfers' destination has been newly remodelled in 2023! The wonderful new kitchen/dining room/living room has been significantly expanded with a lot more space. The kitchen now has an island and all new appliances. Also, both the first and second floors have new floors and new paint.
The Avanti Beach House is located right next to a state park, and has views of the beach to the south and west, as well as easy access to the beach through the park.
There are three separate spaces which provide plenty of privacy including six separate sleeping areas. Down on the patio we have a wonderful outdoor fireplace and grill. And the beach and a state park are just a few steps away!
"Avanti" is a friendly greeting used in Italy, when someone arrives at your door, to say "come in right now"—and we want you to do just that. We want our home to feel like it's your home, too. We have been tremendously blessed by the natural beauty surrounding the Avanti Beach House and we wish to share it with others who appreciate it, too.
