You can access the 2nd level (main living space) through the front door to avoid the spiral staircase. The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area to expand your living space and open up the French doors to the balcony, which is OCEANFRONT. This balcony is perfect for dolphin-watching with your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening with a cocktail. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights, a sizeable SMART TV, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area will make you feel at home. The 3rd level of this duplex provides two additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and a large primary bedroom with a king bed and OCEANFRONT balcony.
The final 4th level offers a spacious bedroom and full hall bathroom.
