Living Area: Our home has over 6.000 square-feet of living area on a near one-acre estate lot with stunning mountain and valley views from most rooms. Located just up the hill from downtown Dundee and surrounding vineyards. This modern four-bedroom, four ½-bath home features cherry floors and trim, high quality furnishings and 20° ceilings.
Kitchen: The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen is equipped with a 5-bumer gas stove. Additional features include granite countertops, a center island with prep sink, instant hot water, oversized stainless steel refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and adjacent breakfast nook.
Main Living Room: The spacious half rotunda living area features 20 ceilings, an oversized sectional, coffee table, heated tile floors, 50" TV and gas fireplace. This room is bathed in natural light from the large floor to ceiling windows, which offer stunning views of the surrounding valley and mountains.
Butler's Pantry/Wine Bar: This small room just off the kitchen is ideal for storing and serving your wine. This room features a small refrigerator, wine rack, wine glasses and wet bar.
Library/Office: The library/office office features a selection of books, high speed internet, laser color printer/document scanner and a large executive desk.
Formal Reading Room: This cozy formal reading room is perfect for socializing with friends or enjoying a good book in peace. This room features stunning mountain and valley views, a covered deck, leather sofas and armchair with a gas fireplace.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom features plush, comfortable beds with high-quality linens and pillows, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant touches and modern conveniences, including firestick TV, high speed internet access and sitting areas. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace and the master bathroom offers spa-like features such as a double showerhead/rainfall shower and a soaking/jacuzzi tub. A flat screen tv is located just above the bathroom jacuzzi tub.
Movie Theater: The movie theater/media room features a 150" movie screen with a 4k laser projector, Bose surround sound with ground shaking sub woofers, leather movie theater massage chairs (seating for 8), candy bar, drink refrigerator and popcorn popper. The media room also features an Xbox 360, Wii with games. We have a king size sleeping area set up in front of the movie screen which is great for kids/teenagers gaming or watching a movie on the big screen.
Gym: The lower-level gym features a universal gym, squat/bench rack, free weights, treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, standard bike, rowing machine and benches.
Game Room: The lower-level game room features a billiards table, air hockey and foosball, big screen TV, sauna and leather sofas.
Patio/Deck: The large, covered deck off of the kitchen features an outdoor tv, gas firepit, Trager grill, stunning mountain and valley views and outdoor sound system. This is the perfect place to socialize with a glass of wine and enjoy the stunning view.
Lower Patio: The lower patio features an 8 foot Cal Spa jacuzzi, covered patio area with mountain and valley views.
Back Yard: The back yard features an enclosed area for smaller dogs accessible from a doggy door near the kitchen. The near one acre well-groomed yard features extentive grassy areas for outdoer activities and stadium lights that light up the entire yard, so the fun does not have to end when the sun goes down.
Pool: The back yard has a 40,000 gallon, custom-built natural swimming pool (no chemical or salt, with bio filtration and UV sterilizers). The pool water is pumped to the top of the property and retums to the pool via a small stream with multiple waterfalls.
While floating in the pool the perimeter is surrounded by water plants and lilies with mountain and valley views. The pool features, large decks w/deck seating and lounge chairs, surround sound, a pier to jump off and a really fun water slide.
Campground: Below the pool is a small campground area that has a wood burning fire pit (wood provided). A great place for the kids to set up a tent in the summer and sit by the fire after swimming in the pool all day.
Guest Access: Our home offers guests full and exclustve access to most areas of the property, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities. Areas not included im Short Term Rental are locked areas used for owner storage. These reas include the attached three. car garage, detached Rv garage- shop, walk in closet in Master Bath (Dresser and hanging clothes cabimet available in Master Bedroom), walk in wine cellar, small storage closets, some cabinets, attic and crawl spaces. Also note, the tanning bed in the Gym is not available for guest use. In addition to the amenities provided on the property, You will have access to nearby attractions and activities, including golf course, boating, fishing, kayaking along the Willmette River (2 kayaks available for rent), hiking and biking, and best of all... world-class wineries and tasting rooms.
The Oregon Coast is located about an hour west, Mount Hood is located about 90 minutes east.
Neighborhood description
The neighborhood consists of 15 homes within the Red Hills Estates HOA. The roads within the neighborhood are privately owned. Our home is located at the end of the road so there is very little traffic.
Getting around
Parking: The front entry area has a very large stamped concrete parking pad that can accommodate about 10 cars. Local car service is available for wine tasting.
