Summary: When I arrived at the suites around 4:00 pm, I buzzed the intercom but no one answered. I then called the hotel and was told that staff had been there until 1:00 pm but had already left. This was surprising, as Hotels.com stated that check-in hours were from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I was then asked to send my passport information via WhatsApp, and only after that was I finally given instructions on how to access the room. Additionally, the room was advertised as having two bedrooms, which was misleading. Upon entering the unit, you walk directly into the first bedroom, and the second bedroom is immediately adjacent, but there is no door between the two rooms.
