Welcome to the BREEZE SUITE, the perfect apartment homebase for your Sunshine State retreat. Newly renovated in 2019, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, main level vacation rental apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Daytona Beach Pier area, just a few blocks to the beach, boardwalk and Daytona Beach nightlife which ensures a memorable getaway! Please note this apartment allows pets, so if you are allergic or have pet sensitivities, please choose another one of our apartments on site. Due to city regulations, only two cars are allowed per reservation. We can suggest other parking near the property.
Situated just a few blocks from Daytona Beach's Main Street, beach, Convention Center, and the Daytona Beach Pier, this apartment's location is unbeatable! Look forward to many lazy beach days, as you'll be just a short walk from the sandy shores. The whole area offers endless water activities, including swimming, boating, surfing, fishing, kayaking or simply strolling along the shoreline. At the famous Daytona Beach Pier, several blocks from the home, you'll find an abundance of restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and entertainment for all ages! Ten minute drive to Daytona International Speedway, one hour drive to Kennedy Space Center Complex, 1.5 hour drive to Orlando, Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios.
A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold is required to book Daytona Suites because everyone does not behave or respect personal vacation rentals. This is just a deposit hold to protect our beautiful retreat! If you treat it like your home, the deposit will be returned within two days (for non-pet renters).
Pet Friendly- two small animals maximum. Weight should not exceed 40 pounds combined.
There is a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee. Guests should ensure that pets are caged if away for long periods of time.
