Perched on the fourth-floor corner of the sought-after Beachside Tennis Villas, this beautifully appointed BESTNEST Luxe is one of only four corner residences that enjoy sweeping (and more than 180-degree) views of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound. From sunrise over the beach to breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky each evening, the ever-changing waterfront scenery becomes the backdrop to every moment of your stay.
Located in the heart of South Beach Marina Village, you'll enjoy one of Sea Pines' most desirable locations, where the beach, waterfront dining, shopping, bike paths, and iconic Salty Dog Cafe are all just moments away. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of the travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
