Full kitchen/2 full laundry areas. Huge 30 X 20 great room and a second separate family room. Main floor is handicap friendly. Tremendous for family reunions, retreats. training sessions, hobbyists (quilters etc). Yachats is beautiful little town at foot of mountains nestled along Pacific Ocean. We are near Cape Perpetua, Devil's Cove, trails, beaches, fishing, sightseeing, shopping and dining. Oregon is awesome. Wildly beautiful. Please note my property can hold total 18 individuals.
