In the Master you have a king-size bed, and a Large flatscreen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 additional beds which sleep 2 more. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee make along with coffee and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.
The grounds has plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more. With only minutes to downtown Newport, you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town, from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The resort pool will be undergoing renovation from Mar. 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.
At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate.
