Imagine sitting on the beach, listening to the water roll in, as you take a deep cleansing breathe of the salty ocean air. For us locals, there is nothing more revitalizing! We would love to share this experience with you, your family and friends.
Our relaxing & whimsical Beach house, “Shore Thing”, sleeps 11-14 people.
We have 4 bedrooms with a sleeping loft that some might find to be useful and fun.
The spacious 1st Master bedroom en-suite has a king bed which is capped with a lovely recessed ceiling canopy and a Large screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also a fold out single bed if needed (3ppl).
The cozy 2nd Master offers a comfortable Queen bed. There is a cute loft above that can be used for sleeping with a twin bed and a toddlers bed (4ppl).
The Bunk bedroom can sleep 3 with the bunk bed and trundle. The Bunk bedroom also has it’s own bathroom with a shower that is handicapped accessible (3ppl).
The Room with a View is on the ocean side. The sounds of the ocean are sure to rock you right to sleep. This bedroom has a queen bed and a futon for lounging or extra sleeping (4ppl).
The open concept floor plan offers opportunities for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well appointed, open & airy. The living room area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and gas fire place (only for winter months) and newer living room furniture.
Outdoor entertaining is easy with a large deck that leads directly to the beach to a level walk to the ocean for sunning, fishing, and strolling the 2.5 mile beach. Grilling on the back deck while watching the dolphin play is quite a fun experience. The ocean side deck provides both covered and uncovered sections.
Underneath the home features a private bath for cleaning up after a day on the beach, protective parking for 2 vehicles and an elevator for transporting groceries and bulky items.
And the wonderful Golf cart, included in your stay for a extra fun ride to the island swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court or to your favorite fishing spot.
*There are a few houses that remain standing after the Hurricanes the Sea islands experiences. They are in the planning stages of being removed. While most guests have found this to be interesting, we have had one guest suggest we add this to our description.
