New upgrades have been added in 2022. New roof with skylights, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, fixtures, toilets, ceiling fans, exterior doors with built in blinds, grill, and patio table, chairs and umbrella.
The kitchen is well equipped including all appliances, new full size fridge, range, multi-use air-fryer, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a large pantry in the hall. The large open living room has vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. Cable and internet/wi-fi is also included.
The front porch faces a small, pond, secluded by nature for morning coffee, while enjoying the afternoon sunsets on the patio.
The large master bedroom offers a queen size bed, adjustable for reading or watching the 52”, wall mounted tv . The master bath is to die for! His and her sinks, garden tub and a double size walk-in closet.
The master also has direct access to the private patio with cocktail pool perfect for romantic, outdoor dining or having a barbecue with friends or family. The underwater lights in the pool changes12 different colors to enhance any mood.
The other 2 bedrooms are a good size and share a full bathroom and have large closets. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. Bedroom #3 has a new futon, bookcase with personal books available for your stay. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as tile flooring therefore it is very easy to keep clean and cool.
The beach is less than 4 miles away and the Daytona Speedway, a quick 20 minute commute. If it's a Disney day, drive 1hr 10min and you're there. Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour's drive… or just stay in town. New Smyrna beach is famous for their artists. Arts and craft fairs, car shows and beach activities happen monthly, always a fun time. Close to shopping, medical facilities and I95 yet out of the typical beach traffic.

New Smyrna Beach ( NSB ) offers an excellent family, fishing-boating, golfing and relaxation destination. NSB incorporates small-town charm with history, culture and of course, wonderful Florida sunshine ! NSB offers a 13.2 mile, partial drive on beach stretch of snow-white sand with little noise, crowds or pollution. A rock ledge located four miles off the coast protects bathers and swimmers from undercurrents, giving New Smyrna Beach the distinction as ' the world's safest beach '. Many turn of the century buildings line these streets which are originally preserved and recently restored.
Pets are negotiable and must be approved. Pet Fee $250 per pet per stay.
