It is located between Valgiano and Matraia, a beautiful area with a breathtaking view of the olive groves and the plain of Lucca. Its location is spectacular as well as a good place for touring Tuscany. Florence (70 km) and Pisa (30 km) are easy to reach by bus or train from Lucca, as well as the Tuscan coast (Viareggio etc.).

In front of the entrance there is a nice equipped terrace for al fresco dining, and next to it a large garden with barbecue and deckchairs, a wonderful place to enjoy maximum use of outdoor living where there is also a small stone pool (2x1 m) fresh spring water gives.
