We are conveniently located 11 minutes from I-205, 9 mins from Clackamas Town Center, 17 mins to Portland International Airport, and 21 mins to downtown Portland. This home is a one level living with a bonus room upstairs in a peaceful setting with large deck that includes a hot tub and swing/slide set for entertaining or quiet evenings. Our home is located within walking distance to Happy Valley Park!
The space
Our space is 2778 square feet of home-away-from-home! Our full sized, fully stocked kitchen has all the kitchenware you need to make those homemade meals you miss when traveling. Enjoy a peaceful back yard while you enjoy your complimentary morning coffee from local Happy valley roasters.
Guest access
You have full use of the house including washer and dryer, and you can grill in the back yard as well! We will have an outdoor grill with propane supplied where you can relax and barbecue or enjoy a relaxing evening. You also have a 2 car parking garage and additional parking on our driveway.

We do have a close relationship with our neighbors and we humbly ask that you respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum level especially after sunset. Please note that any complaints about noise/parties, unruly behavior, improper conducts or disturbances are considered a breach of contract and offenders will be liable for a fine and an automatic eviction from the property with no refund.
