Fully equipped king size bedroom apartment with living area and stunning views, located in a working vineyard and above a winery tasting room. This unit is fully private, the locked off upstairs floor of the winery's tasting room. The apartment is fully equipped to eat in and has a stove top/microwave and a propane barbecue. The apartment has a/c, wifi, cable television and a dvr and high-end coffee maker.
Situated right in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country in the Yamhill Carlton AVA with an easy 15 min drive to Newberg, McMinnville or Forest Grove and minutes to the charms of Yamhill/Carlton and the renowned wineries, restaurants and boutiques. The unit has two wonderful decks, one all-season, to sit and enjoy the great views. Your stay includes two tasting passes to enjoy some of Oregon's finest pinot noir and chardonnay and a welcome bottle of wine.
Keep in mind that the tasting room is open from 12 to 5 daily so from 11:30 until 5:30 guests or staff are nearby but before and after it is your own private vineyard.
