This house was fully re built 2 years ago by @goodhuebros.builders, a local custom homes contractor. All cabinetry including spacious kitchen and built ins were done custom by craftsman on sight. Bedrooms are equipped with walk in closets with dressers, built ins ext. The backyard is fenced in and has a deck for grilling with an easy to use treated wood pellet stove, table and chairs, and a 20 by 20 organic vegetable garden. There is an option for a person gardener to maintain and provide guests with fresh organic produce weekly. It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood just 2 mins from the 7 presidents beach, and 5 mins from Pier Village Beach that has tons of great restaurants, night life, rely built boardwalk, and clean kept lifeguarded swimming and surfing areas. All in all a great place to spend the summer!
