There is a deadbolt that can only be opened by key between units in your entry way, so there is complete privacy between you and the downstairs tenants. Please note that noise levels should be kept to a respectful level, especially at night. Your private, reserved parking and your front door are located at the rear of the property and accessed through the back alleyway.
