"Move-in" fee of $130 (collected at time of booking) & signed document required by the building which includes an orientation upon arrival.
No check ins before 9 am or after 6pm unless $50 fee is paid directly to Descansa for after hours check-in. Required key/fob to enter must be picked up - IN PERSON- from Descansa host. Please message us to set that up the day before arrival.

6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
