The cottage is an ancient olive oil mill dates back to XVIII century completely restored and modernized situated in Nocchi, a cute village inhabited from many English people and set in the Tuscany hills nearby historic city as Camaiore (famous to be a via Francigena's stop-over ), Pietrasanta, in which live and work many artists known all over the world like Fernando Botero, Lucca (notorious for its intact walls) and Pisa (the ceiling tower town). Besides, Nocchi is close to seaside cities as Viareggio (famous for its carnival) and Forte dei Marmi.
